All the products in the ZERO+ line are made following a special chain and respecting the traditions that have always distinguished our pasta factory: eggs from hens reared on non-GMO feed, broken by hand, processing with flour from certified mills, slow extrusion of the pasta with 24-hour drying.

Less impact on blood sugar
Thanks to the complex carbohydrates of the legume flours, together with a good amount of vegetable protein, it guarantees a lower impact on blood sugar and insulin secretion. A pasta like this, which does not cause glycaemic fluctuations and if taken in moderation, as part of a balanced diet, can help you lose weight. Eggs provide elasticity to the product, preserving its flavour and performance.
