On 24 May 2019 at the “1st ISSN ITALY Conference – Sport Nutrition From Science to Practice”, we presented ZERO+, the first egg pasta made with red lentil flour. Our company developed this innovative product in conjunction with SINSeB and Prof. Fabrizio Angelini, taking one of our most important foods and transforming it into a functional, organic and gluten free product that the whole family can enjoy every day and that helps fight the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

Gluten free and rich in antioxidants

Red lentil flour, unlike wheat flour, does not contain gluten and offers extremely important health benefits. It contains a high percentage of antioxidants, is packed with fibre and promotes intestinal regularity.
