All the tradition and flavour of days gone by

Our sweets are made with eggs, sugar and flour and just a couple of top-quality ingredients which are all mixed together. We still make them by hand, as can be seen by their irregular shape, just like they did in the past.

Eggs, sugar, flour and whole almonds are mixed together to make these biscuits which look like traditional ‘cantuccini’ but have a couple of extra delicious ingredients. Our Spiritosini are sweet and irresistible at the end of a meal with a glass of ‘vin santo’ dessert wine.

Made in the typical round ‘ciambella’ shape, Spiritosine are a special treat you can enjoy between meals. These biscuits have a simple and genuine flavour, making them perfect as breakfast biscuits too. Also great to dunk in wine.
