A trade for the future, craftsmanship is young

Students from the Hotelier Institute of Porto Sant’Elpidio ‘Carlo Urbani’ will be involved in the production of Maccheroncini di Campofilone IGP and then in product tasting. In addition, the history of the Spinosi family (who have been making pasta for 90 years) will be explained, and it will be explained that the Spinosi pasta factory has been recognised as a Marchio Storico di Interesse Nazionale (Historic Mark of National Interest) by the Ministry of Economic Development. Around 80 people will be involved.
