We produce traditional, much-loved pasta from the Marche and Italy, using the techniques and timings of days gone by. The different shapes and sizes of our freshly made products bring all the flavour of homemade egg pasta to your table.
Traditional long Italian pasta. We select the best durum wheat and closely monitor every stage of the production process. Thanks to this loving care and attention, our pasta has the perfect consistency, it holds its shape during cooking and delivers mouth-watering results however it is served.

Our range of organic pasta, Le Biologiche, comes directly from Mother Nature, each with its own unique properties. Delicious and always al dente, Spinosi’s organic pasta is a great source of fibre and ideal for our daily wellbeing. We have combined spelt with durum wheat, giving the pasta extra fibre and a unique, distinctive taste.
We produce our artisan bronze-died pasta with the colours and flavours of our beloved Italy. Mushrooms, spinach, truffle, chili pepper and squid ink are used in our flavoured pasta which contains only natural, selected ingredients.
“Speciali” re-proposes two classic formats of the Marche tradition, Strozzapreti and La sfoglia, rigorously obtained with slow drying, at low temperatures, to ensure less loss of nutritional values.
