From Oct 31 to Nov 8, Danieli's Italian Restaurant of The St. Regis Shanghai is to host the legendary "Prince of Pasta" Vincenzo Spinosi and his guest chef Paolo Antinori, presenting an exceptional lunch and dinner menu with his signature brand of handmade, egg based pasta Spinosini 2000 with Omega 3. On Nov 4, Spinosi and his guest chef will present a five-course wine dinner. Spinosi will personally cook his signature Spinosini dish in front of the guests.
