Vincenzo Spinosi is an extroverted, explosive, lively personality, whose inexhaustible enthusiasm infect those around him.
He needs to communicate with the world and uses all the latest technological expedients to establish contact with professional gourmet figures in the most glittering international cities. And when the attraction of important events risks waning, he jumps on the first aeroplane and takes to the air...
All he needs is a suitcase, albeit an exclisive one, to carry his egs, oil and all the essential equipment for the istant preparation of his Spinosini, which he cooks and servers with sauce for tasting. This is Spinosi the entrepreneur, master pasta maker from Campofilone, in the province of Fermo, who has risen to the glories of international haute cusine. Ideas, History, tradition, desire for success, a very strong will and tough principles are the qualities deployed by this overgrown boy with a permanent smile to guide his entrepreneurial side.
He left school at the age of eleven, but sent his son Marco to Faculty of Business Mangement at Milan's prestigious Bocconi University, from which he graduated with dissertation on the family business, and by iron of fate was invited to hold forth at an encounter with final-year students and professor, diring which he described the fantastic experience that led him to seccess.
The kitchens of great restaurants of London, New york, Hong kong, Tokyo, Shangai, Paris and hundred other cities have been the stage for is rousing performances, as have the galleys of long intercontinetal flighs , at an altitude of 10,000 metres.
His passion for collecting items with sentimental value has given rise to a succession of numerous mementos: gadgets, Model cars and bicycles, lead soldiers, Elvis-style ties, toys, (he usually wera two of these, one on each wrist). However, his real success is the sum of man games played and won. The latest, centrede on his "Spinosini" , has won Sandro_Vincenzo Spinosi the title of champion! Although he dispalys his little souvenir trophies, he tends to hide many prizes and awards, such as the “Five Stars Diamonds Awards” from the American Academy of Hospitality and Sciences of New York. He has remained simple and modest and full of sincerity

Per oltre un’ora e mezza Vincenzo Spinosi ha raccontato, con la passione, la schiettezza e la determinazione che contraddistinguono la sua personalità, a circa 150 studenti le vicissitudini imprenditoriali della Spinosi dalla sua nascita al successo odierno (cfr. materiale video), coinvolgendoli e portandoli a riflettere non solo sulle problematiche aziendali legate al “fare impresa” ma anche su quelle personali legate all’”essere imprenditore”.
